beautiful grounds comfortable room helpful staff attentive service
The hotel has beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms. i found the staff very helpful. Everything felt relaxing. chef vinod and chef bimal prepared baby food exactly per our requirements, i really appreciated that. valenko from the restaurant staff provided attentive service.
the outdoor furniture had some bird droppings, i noticed.

the hotel is secluded from popular tourist spots, approximately one hour away from baga beach. this setting ensures a quieter atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. the clean beach provides a beautiful, almost foreign feeling.

the front desk staff, kimbli, joseph, and sneha, were very helpful and humble. they served us and treated us like family, i was very impressed. adarsh and sabhya were attentive.

the swimming pool is awesome, i enjoyed it! the gym has great equipment for workouts. the hotel offers a leg massager in the room, a nice added benefit for relaxation after a long day exploring or just relaxing by the pool.

the food was AMAZING!!! chef yogi prepared excellent meals for us. the christmas lunch featured turkey, staff was polite at the restaurants. i found the food to be really good.

The staff helped me get a room fast. Seema, Kimberly, and Samuel at the front desk offered prompt services. The hotel provides direct access to the beach.
I noticed the approach road needs better upkeep. Street lights would improve safety and convenience. Team PH could address this issue.
